Terms
- All fees are based on an annual moorage agreement.
- A deposit equal to one month slip fee is required.
- All slips require a minimum $5.00 monthly electrical fee.
- Vessels which overhang the slip are subject to additional fees. There will be a maximum allowable overhang of 10' on all vessels.
- The monthly rate for Side Tie Slips is $7.00/foot multiplied by the length of the boat.
- Annual Fee Includes a 5% discount and must be paid in full.
